注意事項
ツアーにあたって
・歩きやすい服装や靴でお越しください。雨具や飲み物は各自でご用意ください。
・ツアー内で発生する交通費や施設利用料などの実費は各自の負担となります。
・天候や申込者自身の理由により、ツアーを中止する場合は、既に始まったコース分の料金については返金できませんのでご了承ください。
・ツアー前後の送迎はしませんのでご了承ください。
・ガイド中のケガや事故については、当協会は責任を負いません。
キャンセルの場合
・受付完了（ツアー申込みの流れ③）後のキャンセルは控えてください。ただし、やむを得ずキャンセルになる場合は、分かり次第速やかに担当のガイドに連絡してください。
・キャンセル料はかかりません。
荒天時の対応
・小雨決行、キャンセル、延期など、申込者の希望に沿います。
・荒天になる可能性の高い場合や、当日の天候が判断に迷う場合は、担当のガイドから申込者に連絡をさせて頂きます。
・ツアー中に荒天になった場合は、ツアーを続けるかどうか協議をさせて頂きます。

Reservation for an English Guided Tour of the Tanesashi Coast
The Hachinohe International Relations Association (HIRA) currently provides English guided tours for foreign tourists. The tours are coordinated by guides who have been studying to be able to accurately explain and express in English the natural beauty that can be found on the Tanesashi Coast. If you are interested in reserving an English guided tour, please fill in and submit the form below.

The Reservation Process
| ① Submition of the Reservation Form from HIRA’s website (at least a week in advance of the desired tour date) |

Please Note
About the Tour
・Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes for walking. If needed please provide your own rain gear, food, etc.
・Any travel fees, facility fees, etc. incurred on the tour will be the responsibility of the individual.
・Please understand that if the tour needs to be canceled due to weather, personal reasons, etc. after it has already begun, the tour fees will not be able to be refunded.
・Transportation will not be provided for before or after the tour.
・The Hachinohe International Relations Association is not responsible for any accidents or injuries sustained during the tour.
Cancellations
・Please refrain from canceling the tour after the reservation has been confirmed.
・If you absolutely must cancel the reservation, please inform your tour guide as soon as possible.
・There are no cancellation fees.
In Case of Inclement Weather
・In case of light rain, it will be the guest’s choice whether to proceed with, cancel, or postpone the tour.
・If there is a high chance for storms on the set day of the tour, or the weather forecast looks questionable, the guide will contact the guest that made the reservation directly.
・If a storm breaks during the tour, whether or not to continue will be up to the touring party to decide.
