内容
What
～漁師料理と酒蔵見学～
Fisherman’s Fare and Sake Brewery Tour
(1) 漁師料理体験 at 種差漁港
（刺身作り、ウニの殻剝き、漁師鍋、巻き寿司作りなど） 500 yen
Seafood Cooking Class Taught by Local Fishermen
(Sashimi, Sea Urchin, Fisherman’s Stew, Makizushi)
(2) 酒蔵の見学 at 八戸酒造 （自由参加） 500 yen
お酒の試飲もあります。
Sake Brewery Tour at Hachinohe Shuzo
*This is an optional part of Japan Day (Sake Tasting Included)
当日は、英語と中国語の通訳があります。
English and Chinese Interpreting will be provided.

※最初に八戸市庁前に集合し、その後、バスで移動します。
Transportation from City Hall to Tanesashi will be provided
as part of the event.
